Face lift Surgery with Bioabsorbable Endotine® Devices

A remarkable innovation in the art of plastic surgery to create more youthful and natural-looking faces was recently introduced in the Philippines. When a person ages, the fat and tissues located over the cheek bones drop to a lower level. This makes the cheeks appear flatter, while the lower half of the face looks fuller. However, this will disappear over time because the Endotine implants are made up of biodegradable material that resorbs or dissolves in the body within six to twelve months, during which time biological fixation of tissues to a higher level has taken place.
